Terms of Service
Last updated: October 18, 2026
Welcome to UA E-Services. These Terms of Service explain the rules for using our app. By downloading, installing, or using UA E-Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the app.
1 About the App
UA E-Services is a free utility app for Android that brings everyday essentials together in one place: Islamic resources such as the Holy Quran, duas, hadith and prayer times; Pakistani public services and information; the latest news; live market updates; and practical everyday tools.
The app is completely free to download and use, and it contains no advertisements. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, or paid features.
2 Acceptable Use
You agree to use UA E-Services only for lawful, personal purposes and in a way that does not harm the app, its content providers, or other users. In particular, you agree that you will not:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where such activity is expressly permitted by law.
- Misrepresent the app, its content, or its developer — for example, by claiming the app or its content is your own, or by presenting unofficial copies as official.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the app or the third-party services it connects to.
- Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the app or its content without our prior written permission.
3 Religious Content
The app includes religious content — including the Holy Quran, duas, hadith, the 99 Names of Allah, and prayer times — provided for personal worship, learning, and reference only.
We take great care with this content: the Arabic text, names, and references used in the app are checked and verified against Dawat-e-Islami sources so that they are presented accurately and respectfully.
Religious content in the app is general information, not a religious ruling (fatwa). For questions of Islamic law or personal religious guidance, please consult qualified scholars or your local religious authority.
4 Third-Party Content and Links
Much of the information shown in UA E-Services — including news articles, market data, and links to government and other external websites — comes from third parties. This content is not created or controlled by us, and we are not responsible for its accuracy, availability, or the practices of the websites and services it comes from. Following an external link takes you to that third party’s own terms and privacy practices.
Prayer times are provided through the Aladhan API, calculated using the Dawat-e-Islami method (Fajr and Isha angles of 18° / 18°, Hanafi Asr calculation). While we work to keep timings accurate, slight differences from your local masjid’s announced times are possible — when in doubt, follow your local timetable.
5 No Warranty
UA E-Services is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or that all information shown in it will be complete or up to date at all times.
Information in the app — such as market prices, bill details, deadlines, and government service information — can change without notice. Always verify critical information with official sources before acting on it.
6 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UA E-Services and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the app. This includes, without limitation, loss of data, missed deadlines, financial loss, or decisions made in reliance on information provided by the app or by third-party content shown within it.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
7 Changes to the App and Terms
We may update, improve, change, or discontinue any part of UA E-Services at any time, and we may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, please stop using the app.
